Kari lives in Northern Michigan, just outside of Traverse City with her husband, Daniel, of 18 years, daughter, Pipre, black lab, Elsie, and two cats, Figaro and Juno. She and her family enjoy everything this beautiful area offers including boating, hiking, farming, skiing, among many other things! She also enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing new adventures. She has been in nursing for more than 10 years with experience in cardiac care, critical care, and hospice case management. Originally, she studied nursing because she wanted to feel fulfilled with her career through the care of others. Since then, she has learned from her patients that it is about so much more. Ghandi said it best when he said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Patients have taught her over the years what it means to treat a person as a whole. With Bayside Wellness, it’s her goal to inspire this compassion in amongst the team.
"For our patients and their families, we want to be your guide, your strength when you need it, your healing hands, and your advocate. We are here to meet your needs."
